new book out, Modern Carribean Rum, by Matt Pietrek. he is the guy behind the Cocktail Wonk site. this is rum's equivalent to Min Ron Nee. extraordinary stuff. incredibly detailed. an absolute must have.

if any Aussies are interested, put a note in this thread. i arranged for a mate of mine who has a wine store to bring some into Australia. not sure how many he has left or the price, but if there's interest, i can find out. 

those outside Australia will have to chase themselves.
