Romeo y Julieta Club Kings vs Partagas Capitols

   Looking for something that can be bought in smaller quantities, has decent size and is available.  
 

   Opinions on which is better?  R&J Club Kings or Partagas Capitols?

  Both being in five packs at relatively decent prices has me interested.

Had some Capitols and was less than impressed. I second Mille Fleur and Party Shorts.

Both are mediocre at best. I agree with @NSXCIGAR - Partagás Shorts are the way to go and they come up on 24:24 regularly.

To add to this, they’re almost always available in quarter boxes when they’re up.

I quite like the Club Kings and the Capitols. Prefer the latter I think. But then I'm not a fan of the party shorts.

So I guess we can see a pattern here. But trouble is this is subjective!

I have a box of shorts and aristocrats but as mentioned in the OP was looking for a larger cigar. 
Mostly sticking to NCs but I was hoping there was something I could buy in smaller quantities that were in a larger format.

My second vote for would be Super Partagás which are 40x5”, but I’d consider them to be pretty light cigars. Nice with a coffee in the morning.

I’ve had 2 capitols and they were good, but just not worth the price point. There are better values out there as advised by previous comments. Party shorts, PLMC, PLPCs, RyJ Regios, I even think the RyJ No 2’s are a better value (just need more age)

Completely agree with @NSXCIGAR...RyJ Mille Fleur is a wonderful cigar for its price. Age them for a few years and you’ll be even happier. Partagas short is another excellent choice, even though the price is a bit higher than RyJ Mille Fleur. Personally I’m okay with both Capitol and Club King, but with the similar price, Mille Fleur and shorts are way better options. Cheers.

Thanks for all the replies. Going to look for some R&J Mille Fleurs as I do not have any of these. All will be smoked young though.  Looking for something to bring along on a trip next year.
