I find the waking hours aren't worth the tradeoff of extra sleep.

I read about this a while ago. This one tip has helped me a lot. Seems to trigger my whole body to relax and fall asleep fast.

But… I’ve tried about everything and I still only get about six good hours of sleep most nights, generally feel fine and am, thankfully, pretty healthy. My dad is very healthy and active, about to turn 87. He’s the same… so I’ve kind of stopped stressing about “enough” sleep.
