Last wed getting some training done at local pub before a couple days off!!

Well it finally happened - pretty crappy BBF

This box has been really good so far.  Aroma was all there for a BBF, earth leather, barnyard and some cocoa. But after the cut - draw was wide open, wind tunnel.  Cigar felt very lite.

First third - trouble getting a good light, draw way too loose and taste was bitter tobacco.  None of the normal choc or stout flavor.

Burn was all over place, had to relight.

2nd third - some cedar creeping in, touch of leather but the bitter tobacco still there.

Start of last third another relight and just muted flavor - could not really get anything but ash all over.

First disappointing BBF, maybe a 70.  Hope that is not a trend for rest of box.

Under filled cigars suck!!! Better luck to the next one

Especially in winter season, when time is at a premium. Pretty good run (at least more than a few yrs) with BBFs.

My first BBF was a bust, a Jul-21 dress box. I got rid of the entire box because of it. I've picked up some singles recently from about 5 years ago that I'm hoping are much better. I did pick up a SLB from FOH to age myself, just in case they're any better a few years down the line.
