Balding guys can grow a skullet.  The Kentucky waterfall hair is back in style. Canada had their own mullet version.

I've been to a wedding where everything was BYO. The couple in question were (well, still are, as they haven't divorced) against the commercialisation and support of the wedding industrial complex, so they went against the trend. Ceremony was done by a friend who was a celebrant, in a public park, and everyone was asked to bring their own chairs/rugs, food and booze for the reception... also held in the park.
