Might be closer to 72 since the hole in the A is pretty closed up. Definitely around 1970 though. 

Might want to take note of the alternate band @ATGroom. Can't recall seeing that style before.

Warranty seal changed again in 1970, so I’d rather put it not later than 1971, but it’s difficult to date precisely, due to the typical transitional usage. But, yes, I also think closer to ‘70, and still pretty defined temporal interval for those.
