Popular Post fisherclive Posted October 2, 2022 Popular Post Posted October 2, 2022 2019 1st third Opens with mild wood, coffee, cream, citrus on the retro. Burn is straight and true. Getting a slight grassy finish. 2nd third Faint honey, coffee, cream, grassy finish. Citrus on the retro. Burn has gotten a bit wonky, but nothing that needs correction yet. Final third The burn has corrected itself. Still getting honey, coffee, grassy lemon citrus finish. This has been a mild plus cigar the entire way through, decent smoke output. I'm not sure if my expectations were too high as this is my first Esplendido, but I'm going to bury the rest in my coolidor for a long nap before I try another. I give it 3.9/5 9
rcarlson Posted October 2, 2022 Posted October 2, 2022 I've found that Espies (hell, all Cohiba) come into their own 5-7. Give 'em some more rest. 3
