Weekend Getaway

I seldom comment on my weekend activities, but had such joy this weekend just had to share.

My son, who knows how much I love Pink Floyd, flew his girlfriend, my wife, and myself to Seattle, Washington to see the one and only Roger Waters.

Spent the weekend in a nice hotel, did the tourist jaunt by Puget Sound, had some wonderful food and libations, and rounded it out Saturday night at the concert.

What a show! At 79 he still rocks! One of the absolute best times of my life.

@Chas.Alpha, this is by far an exception to my usual (and quite uneventful) weekends. I jokingly cursed my son by saying “now you’ve done it, we have to find a way to see David Gilmour!”🤞
