Although I'm running in very short supply, I usually grab a few Epi 2s for the road.  They are pretty subtle but have a unique flavor profile and almost always damn tasty.

The progression is consistent when well-rolled.  Starts out creamy, cocoa, woody and nutty with a touch of sweet spice.  It might just be a traumatic brain injury I don't recall, but I could swear that these have a light bubblegum flavor through the middle that rocks. 

I find the Epi 2 grows richer and deeper but still remains below medium throughout.  There's a definite evolution.  The signature Hoyo cream makes it an easy choice for midday without the brown liquor that totally overpowers. 

Decent size for a short chill poolside.  Clean and complex at the same time.  This box consistently pulls an A- on the grading curve, and sometimes an A.
