good luck with that because i have noticed how willing rich people are to share and even to give up their wealth. hard to blame them in a way. 

it was one of the early rockefellers or possibly morgan who, when asked how much is enough, smiled and said, 'just a little bit more'. the only difference with today is that the answer would be 'just a lot more'. 

and while i fully support your dream, try and implement it and you'll be called everything from thief to socialist to communist. if i had any idea how to fix this, i'd let you know. not sure there is a way.
