I suspect they may have been focused on a certain market(s) or duty free or gone well before 2002. Similar with the Londres en Cedro, Londres Finos, Parisianos and Petit Partagas. That said, in general the Partagas in cello were very good cigars. I was a huge fan of Super Partagas and Mille Fleurs in cello. Wouldn't hesitate to procure a box today at a reasonable price.
