abigbluebird Posted June 28, 2021 Posted June 28, 2021 Hello everyone from Singapore, probably about one of the worst places to have this hobby given plain packaging regulations and taxes haha! I had my first cigar as a 'cool college kid-wannabe' many years back but it's only in the past couple of years that I've started taking it a whole lot more seriously. I enjoy both Cubans and NCs though my personal smoking experience leans a tad more towards the Cuban side given the general prevalence of Cuban cigars in the smoking culture here. Thanks for having me! 1
HenryMartin Posted November 11, 2023 Posted November 11, 2023 Hello Everyone! Going to Singapore next week, looking for a comfy cigar lounge, any recommendations? A google map search pointed me towards the Capitol Kempinsky, so now considering to stay at that hotel. I used to stay around Clarke Quay for the outdoor spots riverside, but for cigars maybe not so appropriate. I remember (pre-covid years) the Hyatt at Orchard had a small spot by the bar but I heard they are renovating. It doesn’t need to be a hotel cigar lounge, I can just find a hotel nearby a cozy spot. Anyway hope I can get some pointers 🙏 PS. I remember one the most legendary cigar store was near the Regent Hotel - I trust they are still open?
