Popular Post Kaptain Karl
1/3: heavy spice and chocolate fudge. Medium full flavor. It’s a lovely combination of heavier and sweeter spices and chocolate. Some brownie notes replace the spice. Thanks to birdmans review I get some of that chai tea he was taking about too, this tasting like a creamy chai tea however. 2/3: same chocolate, spice, and some of that creamy chai tea. A little of the partagas paprika too. 3/3: the same flavors persist. No real transitions or additional complexity. I’ve had the sampler for a bit over a month now and I think this needed more rest. Flavors were medium full and first, then retreated into medium light. This would have been a lot better with some twang, like a good montecristo. 3/5

I’m almost done, so happy I read it! I wasn’t aware of the depth of Churchill’s genius until this book.
Hammer Smokin'
Hey played chess while everyone else was playing checkers. A brilliant man! His ability to lead through speech ... I know he was difficult to be around (as Clementine rightly advised), but to be a fly on the wall, listening to his unadulterated rants and speeches.
