1/3: sourdough, spices and light honey. Pastry. Creamy coffee. Twang and light honey. Little green bell pepper (not my favorite flavor imo). Creamy caramel. 

 

2/3. Missed an inch having to make some stressful work calls but we’re back. Spiced nuts, honey, licorice.

 

3/3 licorice, sweep green bell pepper and paprika. Later into the last third the spiced nuts and dark honey return. 
 

What a cigar for being so young. Extremely complex with different flavors on each puff. The licorice and bell pepper aren’t my favorite flavors, however the nut, honey and other flavors were fantastic. No harshness or edges. I’ve had some masterful cigars recently, I think in a year this would be up above 94-95 with some of those other cigars I’ve had. Right now it’s a 92 or a 4.5/5, which is amazing since this is such a young cigar! The first third was a 96! I have a box of 10 on the way thank god. I’ll definitely have a 25er on the purchase list next year.

lusis are probably my favorite cigar, so consistent. i've got an aso mar 17 box that is super-dark, but smoking pretty great right now. i am really interested to see how they do over the next 3-5 years. i have a cab from 19 and definitely need a few more. smoke now, smoke later.

Nice review Karl, glad you enjoyed them, Lusi’s to me are highlight reel smokes, I’ll go through a box in the summer.  Agree with Dobbs, smoke young and they’re great, smoke older they are even better.
