Popular Post smitte3
2nd of the Christmas sampler lot. 1st thing I notice on this stick is the delicious looking wrapper and compared against some older Trinidads it really sticks out like a sore thumb in a good way. Setting the tone early, I know this is going to be fun to smoke. 1st third: Very nice open, almonds, leather, butter. Lots of thicker smoke output, solid draw, very smooth, great start. Forming into toasted buttered sourdough with almonds sprinkled on top, straight mid-bodied. 2nd third: Ash holds on for a long time, turns more leathery than butter, still smooth with a hint of bitterness and youth showing. Very enjoyable as you can tell this stick has plenty of legs to improve with age thinking the sweet spot would be 1-3 years from now. Loving that so much recent production is good young these days. The aroma is really nice. Last third: very smooth, smoother than the middle, really happy with this stick, hour burn time, would definitely smoke again. 92/100
mprach024
Wow that picture showing the wrapper comparison shows how gorgeous that stick is. Great review, thanks for the read. When Trini is on its game it’d probably my favorite Marca.
