Popular Post Thatsze Posted October 17, 2020 Popular Post Posted October 17, 2020 Wrapper has a nice sheen. A couple spots here and there but mostly nice construction. I dry boxed this for a day. I paired it with a cup of milky coffee. Notes are primarily fruity, toasted tobacco, honey, and a sweet bread in the background. Not much evolution throughout, nor complexity, but that's to be expected with this vitola. Got a little harsh towards the last 3/4 inch, so I stopped. Burn needed touchups, and it went out a couple times. A solid 8/10. Nice cigar to start the morning with, not much else to say, very standard cigar from this box. Part 2: Dry boxed the cigar maybe another 6 hours. Poured tap water over. Heavy metallic taste. It was terrible, I stopped a third in. Giving this a 1/10. Now I dont trust my tap water, thanks FOH ?. This is going to require more testing. 6 1

As with a lot of things CC regular production they once did (have both) but sadly discontinued: https://www.cubancigarwebsite.com/cigar/el-rey-del-mundo/grandes-de-espana https://www.cubancigarwebsite.com/cigar/el-rey-del-mundo/lonsdales 1
Viva Vegas Posted October 18, 2020 Posted October 18, 2020 I heard so much good about these and picked up two boxes in Havana in Feb 2020. Tried a few and don't see it. Oh well they don't take up much space so will try one in a few months

They really benefit from dry boxing too.

Took them almost four months to settle in, as they were crap when first received.
