long hike this morning. Time to relax. 

Was fiddling with the band while talking my stepdaughter off a ledge re #lawschoolproblems. Ripped the wrapper. Oops. 

First third is dominated by waves of "this is too hard!" And "i should quit and go back to waiting tables." In the background I did pick out some cream and milk chocolate, but this box is young and this example shows its inexperience. Much like the young woman on the other end of the line. If she only knew how hard life is for all of us....

Second third settles down and is a bit more easy going, though toasted tobacco is the most prominent note. Not too much evolution to speak of as we move into the final third. 

Which, btw was well worth the wait. I dont know whether it was the accomplishment of a lovely 8 mile hike or just the reflection back on having finished up a killer week, but this one held on to the nub, finally belching out some epic milk chocolate notes like an Arturo sandoval trumpet solo cutting through the cacophony of the accompanying big band.
