What kind of car are these thieves driving?

A pair of thieves broke into our neighborhood mailbox last night and made off armloads of mail.   Fortunately, no cigars were lost in the transaction!  I seriously doubt the police will be able to do anything.  But I have been trying to figure out at least what kind of car the thieves were driving... I'm drawing blanks.

Can anyone tell me what kind of car this is?

Wow.  So sorry to hear this.  Trunk looks snubbed off like old Volvo or Saab 9000.

 

but those are super old so BMW is a good guess.

BMW m3 looks like the right shape. Only other that comes to mind is Mitsubishi Lancer.

Looks like a Honda Accord wide body (not the Euro Accord).

You could be onto something...!  

Interestingly, the image in my post came from a neighbor's camera, which is mostly sensitive to near IR.  In this view, the thieves hoodies appear white.  

However, on my camera, their hoodies appear black. 

But the car does appear black in both cameras...

I second that, old Saab was first car that came to mind. Possibly older BMW as well .
