Popular Post StogieSteve23 Posted June 13, 2020 Popular Post Posted June 13, 2020 1/3: Cedar, hazelnut, baking spices and slight lemon zest on the retro 2/3: Dry roasted almonds and cedar turn into creamy peanuts toward the end of 2/3 with just a slight spice. Reminded me of a great creamy peanut sauce on some Pad Thai. A minimal minty note lingered in the back of the throat. 3/3: Big creamy peanut butter for most then turned into wet cedar and finished off with creamy hazelnut/roasted almonds. Overall, very very enjoyable smoke. I love this Marca and despite the cracked foot, burn was pretty good throughout, slight touch ups in 2nd and 3rd with perfect combustion throughout the stick. Already an HSA homerun in my book but with a little more age these will be scrumptious smokes. 7
Connoisseur Kim Posted June 13, 2020 Posted June 13, 2020 I thought it'll ended up being typical short CC, but it seems that it's one of the recent staple from HSA. Will review that short Robusto CC for sure!나의 SM-N950N 의 Tapatalk에서 보냄 2

Kongelunden Posted July 8, 2020 Posted July 8, 2020 Great review. Have not tried these myself, but certainly sounds like its worth getting a box 1

They're excellent smokes even with very little age on them. Almost done with the first box I bought and every one has had the construction/burn of what is shown in the pictures above. Flawless.

Sounds like a very enjoyable cigar - and who doesn't like peanut flaor I only have limited experience with the Punch marka, mostly from an aged box of RS11. However, I do have a box of the Punch 898 LE coming in shortly (when flights are operational again to Denmark following covid). But the Punch short de Punch certainly sounds like something I should look into - and they afterall come in boxes of 10. So not too big of a 'gamble' 1
