Hey guys,

Was curious if you all store your cigars in the humidor to age with the plastic or tube or if you always store them unwrapped?

I have been storing mine in the wrapper/tube, wondering if I should unwrap them.

These days I rarely acquire tubed or cello wrapped cigars, but when I have, I store them with the cello on or in the tube (closed). I don't really think you'd be wrong either way.

I keep them how they came. If they have cello or tubes they stay there. If they came in a box I keep them in the box until only a handful are left and then they get moved in with the other singles. The one exception is cardboard packs. I take those out and put the cigars in the single drawer. I bought some siglo iv and esplendidos in 5 and 3 packs respectively that I though smelled like the cardboard after a few months. I didn’t like that so in the drawer they went with the other lone soldiers.
