Montecristo especial no 2 TUO 2012(SMRW3/4)

Love a good montecristo especial no 2, this one pulled from my 2012 box. 

I had already punch cut it and removed the band when I snapped the first photo, and my wife and I threw Tiger King on the tube after a dry aged ribeye dinner. Just the thing to settle the stomach. Trash tv, a good cigar, and the last of my dwindling fernet branca. Also, a coffee. 

Cant say enough good things about cigars from this box. Milk chocolate, cream, and mild leather predominate. An excellent companion to black coffee, and oddly, the fernet branca. 

Construction is flawless throughout with a razor sharp burn. 90 minutes of bliss, ending in a crescendo of coffee and cocoa. 96 of 100

These are more refined, and definitely more consistent. To me, they are more subtle with expressions of cocoa, coffee and cream. The no 2 is darker, more robust. Only my experience however

I have three. One of my favorites along with Trinidad fundadores.

Nice review! Certainly an underrated stick in my opinion.
