Ah the wonderful world of Bob Ross. IMO the original ASMR. In my family we've been using this baritone as a sleep aid since way back!

I know what insomnia is from my own experience. It is so annoying. I didn't want to take sleeping pills as they could be addictive, so, I joined the enhance club that offers some health supplements. Also, I changed my daily routine and nutrition, go for a walk in the evenings, take a warm bath before going to bed. And massage really helps me to relax and sleep better.
