Popular Post rcarlson Posted January 26, 2020 Popular Post Posted January 26, 2020 Nothing subtle about it. For a Cohiba this little guy has more strength than it's bigger, fatter brothers. Opening flavours of pepper and spices with a hint of wood, with some grassiness. Not much richness. Pleasant though and slow-smokin' is the way to go IMO. Not much age, but wonder if this is one that requires it. The clean, sweet, barnyard that typifies Cohiba seems to elude the Sig II in my limited experience. And that's okay. Would like to hear what others say about the Sig II with 5+. I haven't had the patience to wait on the small ones. No real evolution, and none expected. It's a petit corona after all. Otherwise, nice draw, nice construction, good looker. Just not the subtle depth that I would say makes a Cohiba a Cohiba. A year in my humi didn't do much from when I first started in on this box, but raised it from a B - to a B+. Better than just "okay." 6
