After a little while bedding-in the new Kenfessions site, we're now looking to ramp-up some activity on there and get it singing... hopefully without any actual singing from Ken. Although nothing can be ruled out for certain. ;)

Starting Fri 29/11, we've got 5x El Pres Samplers to give away via random draw, over the next 5 weeks!! :spotlight:  All you need to do is click through (link below) log-in or be a guest user, read the article and then leave a comment at the bottom (on the Kenfessions site, not in this thread). Make sure you use/mention your forum handle so we know who you are. Make the comment as detailed as you see fit but know that quality comments will get extra chances in the draw!  And, of course, you can comment on other articles you find on the site, too.

If you wish, you can also subscribe to the site and get Ken's articles delivered straight into your inbox weekly! (This will be dependent on numbers, so the more the merrier!)

That's it! Here's the 5th article in the competition series - enjoy and good luck!

Cohiba Behike 52 (Second) – Freycinet Radenti R3 - Jefferson’s Ocean ‘Aged at Sea’ Bourbon

By @Ken Gargett

First, let me step in and absolve Rob from any blame for this being a ‘second’. It is from a bunch I got from a trip a few years back to Cuba. Now, I know that there is, deservedly, much skepticism as to whether or not “seconds” purchased in Havana are anything but dodgy fakes, possibly nothing more than banana leaves or newspaper. Over the years, we’ve purchased a few of these, but usually only as a bit of fun. On this occasion, I knew the source and I trust them implicitly. And they have been seriously good cigars as well.

Lovely smallish Robusto-sized smoke (petit robusto? Though it does seem a smidge bigger than that – is there a size between petit robusto and robusto? – no matter). Toasted, roasted and pleasingly richly flavoured, though always quite mild. Always nicely balanced. Never really heading above mid-weight. There is a smoothness in a good cigar like this and…continue to full article.

Was there ever a winner?

Oops. Slipped under or off the radar. My bad. It will be drawn in the morning.

As fate would have it, the person who reminded me I missed the draw has won it! Well done @VKUTT ...on both accounts!

Please PM your details (name, address, and email) to me @MoeFOH and we'll arrange dispatch of your prize.

Thanks to all who participated. Great stuff! We'll be adding more features to the Kenfessions site soon and we'll also be continuing to promote around these fantastic articles Ken churns out--so stay tuned and stay involved! Thanks again.

Congrats, VKUTT.

Now we'll have to remind you of what you said about never winning in the New Years Review Comp!

Let us know what you get.
