This cigar had a perfect draw and presented cookies immediately from the start.  The smoke all through the first third was smooth and creamy, and all round fantastic.  Going into the middle third, the cigar transitioned to shortbread, alternating between little pockets of sweetness and cream.  It was only as it moved into the final third that the cigar began to show signs of its youth, with black coffee coming through, becoming stronger and more bitter towards the end.  The final third was also the first time any burn issues presented, requiring a couple of touch ups to correct but nothing major.

I have to say that this is a cigar that continues to impress me.  They just perform so well from such a young age, they have become my go-to stick for those times when I can't be bothered playing the normal Cuban consistency game.  I know the size probably puts some people off, but with that length I find it feels nicely proportioned and wouldn't change a thing.  I just wish I had more of them.
