OK, I still haven't bought Quintero or JLP

I was getting ready to buy the Quintero Conservas 50 for $105. Then I noticed I can get JLP Brevas 50 for $65. The reviews seem to be all over the place for both. Ken really panned JLP. I want a cheap & cheerful Cuban, I can give out at parties. Any input from someone who has smoked both?

buy the Piedra,they will surprise you.

I have had the best luck with the smaller Piedras (petit cazadores and petit cedros).

Highly recommend you purchase all C&Cs in 5ers and then go from there. You may be surprised. Some of them can be real hit or miss, but a 5er of 'em all when I did it was a great idea. They are definitely cheap enough to do that with. Good luck!
