Popular Post HumidorJuan Posted September 23, 2019 Popular Post Posted September 23, 2019 PART 1 first few sips was all monte; cocoa and milk chocolate, distinguishing itself finally with toasted tobacco. Couldn’t find my torch lighter and the regular lighter that I unfortunately had to use has just fallen in between my car seats so, lets hope for an even burn. There’s a bit of stale cinnamon in the background. Its staying very toasted and i'm trying to decipher exactly what the flavours are . There’s definitely a fruit like nuttiness deep in the background. It’s got a bit of a spicy bite to it now. PART 2 The beginning of the second part I still have my ash which is great for Instagram photos but I do believe smothers the flavour a touch. I’m going super slow because I’m without my lighter but the burn has been perfect and I’m getting that wonderful warm yeasty taste that I get in a lot of Cubans around the midway point. It’s retained its toastiness and the stale cinnamon and distant stewed fruit are firmly in the retrohale. And just as I expected! a huge cigar ash falls onto my khaki shorts. Which is actually my favourite part of the cigar, because I find that once it’s ashless, the ember gets a big shot of oxygen, and you get a big concentration of flavour from the following few pulls, maybe the most flavourful hit of the whole cigar. I’m getting a slight bitterness not unlike the brown paper material that is around walnuts and peanuts. I’m getting a stewed maraschino cherry thing that totally reminds me of my RnJ SC's. PART 3 Part three comes out swinging with a mouthful of Cinnamon Raisin Toast.no butter though, and left in the toaster for a second too long. Bloody Brilliant. There’s a touch of acrid build up so I snip just a little bit more of the end off. Stewed fruit is creeping back. When the band had to come off it tore the wrapper, and the wrapper spiralled off, but it stays together perfectly.. It’s all mellow yeast and toasted tobacco as I let it nub out. What an excellent stick. I got this from box from FOH auctions, and it’s now a central part of my humidor. 8/10 7
prodigy Posted September 23, 2019 Posted September 23, 2019 I have never had any of the flavors you describe from a bpc. I need to age a few and see what happens.Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk 1
