El Presidente Posted June 25, 2019 Share Posted June 25, 2019 HQ isn't a wrapper shade. HQ is an internal quality grading. There should be a sticker somewhere. PSP HQ PE will come in all shades from claro to maduro (shade). Now that doesn't mean there could be an error on my part! If you think there is, return them (talk to Di).
