Popular Post Kaptain Karl Posted June 24, 2019 Popular Post Posted June 24, 2019 1/3rd Light red fruit, wood, spice. Nice flavors, fantastic burn, but it’s lacking the full flavored richness that’s my favorite aspect in CC’s. 2/3 Flavors remain constant but the richness begins to make an appearance. Sweet cream pops in and the wood disappears, making this far, far better than the first third. 3/3 Getting into the last third, the flavors are predominately red fruit, cream, and some spice. It’s the sweet spot of red cigar with medium full richness that is quite lovely! Towards the end, a nutty cream stakes center stage. Overall, the cigar had good flavors, just lacked the body and richness that would have brought it all together. I can’t help but think it’s past it’s prime. 88/100 also bonus picture of a 25lb salmon I got over the weekend. We’re shaping up to have our best salmon season in 6 years! 10
