@lovethehaze how did you cook the lobsters?  Steam?  Did you throw them on the grill?  If grilled, how long did they take?

I had 4 all together just over 9lbs so about 2 and 1/4 lbs each. I only boil them. About 13-14 minutes and they are perfect. General rule is 1 pound 10-11 minutes and about 2-3 more minutes per pound.
These came out fabulous ! If I do say so myself. I have grilled before but tends to get really dry fast so it’s either to well done or just not quite enough which is why I prefer to boil. Seems much more consistent for my skill set.
