I have always liked Copa Airlines (Panama) and fly them whenever I am in central and South America. 

It is not everyday that a Latin America entity sets a global standard. Kudos

Lord knows it’s not British Airways. 

In 30 flights over the last year, I reckon about 70% departed or arrived late.

I'm shocked one US based carrier made the list let alone coming in fourth.

Same here, though I've never flown Hawaiian. I have, however, heard great things from Alaska airlines. Other than that though, seems like anytime I use a US carrier, my flights are 50/50 shot at getting delayed or canceled entirely. Or maybe I just have bad luck

I've flown both. Hawaiian is better. They are both far better than any of the US Mainline or Low cost Carriers though. Hawaiian's premium economy is on par with any other US airlines domestic 1st class product.
