I'm taking my adult sons down for a few days, their first and my second trip.

Will there be any cigars left post Festival? :+)

If there are, there won't be any left after your visit.

Will be in Wake Forest the week of Christmas.  I think you said you would be at the beach.  Trying to get up with @Bartolomeo sometime during that week.

A friend of mine just picked me up a box of SW in Varadero, he said there were 5 boxes there. Score!

So.  How was it?  Was there much left after the locusts moved on from the field?

I saw 2 boxes in 1 of the 4 havana shops I was in yesterday and today.

Someone posted that there are 50 cabs of Punch DC everywhere.  Anyhow, let us know about it all upon your return.  Have fun.

The Customs theives in Miami seized all but 100 cigars. They told me it is illegal to bring more than 100 cigars in from Cuba

i’m furious and on the plane home. I’ll post more when I calm down.

I am sorry, brother.

I know it doesnt help but it can happen to any of us.

Try to remember the good moments and do not forget: Cuba is there waiting for you again.

Jeff, in your PM I thought you meant the Cuban customs seized your cigars.  It's absolutely unbelievable the U. S. Customs seized those cigars.  I've never heard of them seizing cigars; charging duty, yes, but seizing??  That's outright theft.

So sorry this happened to you.
