What do you buy your boss for christmas?

We all chipped in and bought the boss a box of Monte 2’s this year which we gave him last night along with a torch lighter at our company Christmas party. He in turn opened the box and sat down to have a cigar with all of us. You can see the cigar I smoked last night in the FOH daily smoke thread. 

It’s just one of the reasons I love working where I do.

Yeah I was actually referring to the last place I worked at - a local restaurant where I worked for 6 years... without a raise... while the owner bought maseratis and traveled to faraway lands etc etc

I had a similar experience. Owners of an Italian restaurant. All family minus a few of us servers. I think they hired us just to help bring in people. Constantly buying houses and range rovers. They charged us to eat while working a shift, and expected us to pay for any returned food, regardless of whether it was our mistake or the table just wasn't happy. People like that only go so far in life....

figure best thing i can do for my boss is show up to work and put in  100% effort.   He makes his bonus and I don't gotta hear any BS
