Baccy Posted October 20, 2018 Posted October 20, 2018 I was just handling a beautiful Ramon Allones Superiores and wondering about the blend/profile on LCDH releases such as this. I know that the RE releases generally use special blends as do the EL lines. Does anyone know if the blend is the same for the LCDH releases as the standard production vitolas?
Popular Post NSXCIGAR Posted October 20, 2018 Popular Post Posted October 20, 2018 I think the blends for the LCDH releases are in line with the marcas but are often unique compared to the rest of the models. For example I don't think there's anything in the HU lineup like the RR or the LGC lineup like the Inmensos. The La Trova is definitely a unique Trini, but still a Trini. However I think the HU Noellas is very typical HU with a lot of shortbread, the Boli Libertadores tastes like a big Royal Coronas to me and the Hoyo EE is very much in line with the Epi 1 and 2 although can be a bit fuller and creamier. I also think the RyJ CD tastes like a big Mille Fleurs and is totally in line with the lighter RyJ models. 5 1
shrink Posted October 20, 2018 Posted October 20, 2018 NSXCIGAR's take on the LCDHs is pretty much the way I see it. They are easily recognized as true to their marcas, but have their own unique signatures. I like 'em! 1
