jwintosh Posted October 10, 2018 Posted October 10, 2018 Never thought of trying the Juan Lopez, let alone being routine. I have the 1 and 2 always on hand. Great smoke!Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Akela3rd Posted October 10, 2018 Posted October 10, 2018 One of the things I most appreciate about this forum and the folks on it is that nothing stays under the radar for long. I don't see people in other places routinely singing the praises of JL2s, PLMCs, and RGPs. But here, everyone knows and shares what's good, so they end up in all of our rotations.I agree with this^ .There's very little in the way of "underrated" cigars to choose from as they all seem to get the props at some point. Or, their production improves and they become popular again after a poor period. I always have a box of Favoritos on the go, hit and miss admittedly (and my current box is 50/50), but when you get a good one it's a real vindication of buying cheap! cmbarton Posted October 10, 2018 Posted October 10, 2018 I came here specifically to sing the praises of the HdM San Juan but I see they’ve already been sung! Nevertheless, I’ve got a couple TOS NOV 16 small SLBs that I opened up for the first time a couple weeks ago and it was outstanding! If these are as consistent as the Connie A’s, they will be a special cigar indeed. Far exceeded my expectations based on my poor experience with HdMs that are younger than 2014. Wish I’d bought even more! 1
