HdM: Epi 2 vs Epi 1

So I have become quite the Hoyo fan in the recent months and burning through Epi 2s like it is my job.  I got a box of Epi Esp on the way too, which I am looking forward to.  

This has got me wondering, how do the Epi 1s compare?  I prefer a robusto over a corona gorda any day, but is there a significant difference in the flavor between the too?  Any flavors more prevalent, like vanilla or cream, in the Epi 1 then Epi 2?  How about body?

Just made my first CC order and was trying to decide between HdM Epi 1s and H Upmann  Connoisseur 1.   Ended up going with the H Upmann Connoisseur1.   I did order some HdM Epi Esp.

It's been a while since I've had an epi 2 but I recently smoked an epi 1. There is some stone fruit in the epi 1 that I don't recall from the epi 2. The rest seems similar to my recollection...sweet spiced cream, light coffee and touch of toasted tobacco is what I get. I'm sure there are others who have more experience with both than me.?

I always found my Epi 2's more spicy/peppery and have slowly moved to PSD4 as a default robusto.  Loved the Epi2's, just loved the PSD4 more.  Now Epi 1's are a regular CG for me (my favorite format), and I don't find them to be very closely related to the Epi 2 in terms of palate.

I’m partial to Robusto size, so it’s Epi 2 for me.
