Craziest transformations with age?

After smoking a '12 SCdLH el principe today that I haven't touched in a few years, this got me thinking. What are some of the wildest transformations in terms of flavor that you have experienced with aging? 

When these were relatively fresh they were full of chocolate and coffee, but after 6 years they are now displaying dark leather and cocoa notes. I just described it to a friend as a cow wearing a leather jacket, lol!

I also remember the OR RA Superiores were absolute dog shit fresh, but after a year they became absolute gems!

I want to hear what people have to say about Ramon Allones Extra. They were super beefy rott. I basically think they buggered it up. Then later nailed it with club
