Lotusguy Posted March 22, 2018 Posted March 22, 2018 Not looking good . https://www.cigaraficionado.com/article/no-premium-cigar-exemption-in-1-3-trillion-budgetCrap, but not really surprising
Habana Mike Posted March 22, 2018 Posted March 22, 2018 While this has the potential to cripple the US domestic market and the producers that supply it, it will have little to no impact on Habanos SA for the time being. If and when the US opens up to import of Cuban cigars this might have a major impact on the ability for them to introduce their products directly. Even then, the same avenues open today will still most likely be available.
helix Posted March 22, 2018 Author Posted March 22, 2018 This may be tough for sure , the US domestic premium cigar market as it is already expensive comparatively speaking .
nvrp813 Posted March 22, 2018 Posted March 22, 2018 Between this news, and New York City trying to make it a misdemeanor to smoke and walk at the same time, I need a vacation.
