Just arrived via TGV French train into Bordeaux, already having one of the most incredible long lunches of all time.  With Left Bank wine. I have some Cigar shops staked out - more to follow...

Rafael Gonzalez Panatela Extra from a 2015 box - my first stick ever.  Sexual experience.  Smooth w loads of smoke.  Perfect burn.

I would suggest to visit l'Intendant... very unique & beautiful wine shop.

Best is a little vineyard with a  95 point drinking wine for cheap.  That's the price. Get on a mailing list and every year you can enjoy feels like my Napa experience
