Too many times mate.

Are you transiting, visiting or staying (oh no!).

Range and prices at airport duty free are OK. Anywhere in the city is a rip off, even with the junk status forex.

Just visiting.   But I read you can only bring 20 cigars into the country.  Wanted to see if buying at duty-free was doable.   Thanks.

Just the usual "for personal consumption" guideline. Cigars should not be a problem, particularly being a tourist - just watch out for all your other valuables and ensure you get your luggage wrapped at home. My friend "lost" his suitcase only to picked up by a taxi driver with my friend's name embroidered on his shirt!

And they wanted to host the World Rugby Cup!

Best,
