Looking to see if there is any of these out there. I just had one the other day and its an amazing stick. I read the reviews. Anyone know where a box might come up. I know from 08' is a hard stretch. LMK BOTL!

by chance, had one from my ever-diminishing box last week. i have found them a little variable, a few flat and some stellar. this one was not as good as the best of them but was thoroughly enjoyable. none of which helps your search, of course.

These are still out there if one looks hard enough and the price isn't too bad, considering it's a 9-year old ER.

The most recent discussion on these was in the thread below where it appears these have been on a remarkably linear improvement. These were quite poorly received upon release and in the years since have gone from a high-80-point cigar to a low 90s cigar for most. I see no reason they can't become mid-high 90-point cigars in the next 10-15 years. Some ( such as @Ken Gargett above) have noted some inconsistency in recent tastings and for that reason I would not touch another one for at least 3-5 more years and I'd wait as long as possible to really start mowing through them. These are a long-termers but I think they are on track to become classics.
