What Monte 4 should look like

It has been a while since I have seen great Monte 4.

How can these be the same box codes.  These are the old bands from pre 2013. Your original picture has the new bands  What am I missing?

I think he means the two boxes in that photo are from the same code.  El Prez is just making the general point that box codes rarely guarantee consistency among the boxes in that same code.
