Corylax18 Posted September 6, 2017 Posted September 6, 2017 The crackdown continues. This time the target is Contruction Cooperatives. They are no longer allowed to work on projects outside of their home province, no hiring of outside employees, and a suspension of cooperative member growth. When I was last there I kept commenting on the high quality and youth of the buildings and infrastructure throughout the country. I guess the government is declaring "Mission Accomplished" and attempting to divert resources to more pressing issues like inspections and fine collections on the shrinking number of "private" businesses still left. http://www.havanatimes.org/?p=127091 1
