Wertman Posted June 17, 2017 Posted June 17, 2017 So I am wondering if anyone has anything amazing planned for Father's Day. I have to work all day so nothing for me and want to live Father's Day through some one else. Please share your day with everyone. Cheers.
Akela3rd Posted June 17, 2017 Posted June 17, 2017 Wife will be at work, The Boy lives 200 miles away and has sent a card. Pretty much the whole day to myself - perfect!Thunder & Lightening '75-'15 2
Popular Post Stormin691 Posted June 17, 2017 Popular Post Posted June 17, 2017 My father passed, but every father's day I visit my dad at the cemetery where he is buried. I bring 2 cigars and a 6-pack of Budweiser I sit and smoke my cigar drink 3 and thank him for watching over me and my family. I leave him with his cigar and 3 beers. Least I can do for the man that gave me everything he could. 8
KFBR392 Posted June 18, 2017 Posted June 18, 2017 Us open Sunday and my last aged Coro. If I'm not spending the afternoon at the in laws. We'll see. Wife always says it's my day but I want her to see her dad too if she wants. 1

My kids are away in NY visiting my parents so I thought I would work to get my mind off missing them. Sorry to hear your dad passed away, but great way to honor him. I think I am going to smoke a Monte PE or Reyes and drink a Guinness tomorrow after work. 2
AndrewNR Posted June 18, 2017 Posted June 18, 2017 Just saw the kids and the mrs off for 3 months to home country. They'll be returning a few days after Fathers day. Assume ably I'll just go see my father and do my best to keep my dry humor in check.
Stormin691 Posted June 18, 2017 Posted June 18, 2017 Thanks @Wertman ! Happy Father's day to you! Enjoy!!
Ptowncigar Posted June 18, 2017 Posted June 18, 2017 I'll throw some beef ribs on the smoker and enjoy a lunch with my son and Dad. Then put my boy down for a nap and have a cigar with the old man. I think we will have siglo VI... or 520
Winchester21 Posted June 18, 2017 Posted June 18, 2017 Spent yesterday with my oldest of 2 sons Smoking cigars. Burger and a beer. Several hours in the cigar bar. Another beer. A stop at the cigar shop to hang out with friends. Picked up 3 killer bottles of bbl proof burbon. More duty free monte 3s from my pilot buddy. Could it get any better ? Only if my other son could have joined us. He is 200 miles away at the university of Georga in Athens. I rarely see him as he has a good job in addition to school Today I am hanging out smoking watching my nesting pair of birds. Beautiful summer day. Thanking God for my many blessings If you have kids at home spend as much time as you can with them. They will be gone before you know it and you will definitely miss them 1
tsolomon Posted June 18, 2017 Posted June 18, 2017 Listening to the baseball game, smoking a pork shoulder and a BBF. 1
Wertman Posted June 19, 2017 Author Posted June 19, 2017 Wow ribs and a behike. Living like a king my friend
Rocketman64 Posted June 20, 2017 Posted June 20, 2017 Morning coffee with Mr monte 2. After dinner wine shared with Ms Connie A. In between, introduced my 10 yr old daughter to Marx brothers (animal crackers) and a cheesy 50's sci-fi film (The crawling eye). Capped off night watching rocky Patel's factory tour YouTube video with her so she would appreciate why I'm smoking through her college fund 1
