Cigar holder. I imagine they use it so they don't mangle the head whilst keeping it in their mouth.

Yes he did.  I'm not sure if he used it all the time, but you can find pictures of GB young and old using a mouthpiece/filter.

As for the thread, I loved the pics.  Thanks Prez!  I can't wait for late 2018 and 2019/2020 when we start to see this year's tobacco crop start to hit the broader market. 

Do you have any idea which marcas will benefit the most from this year's crop?  Or will the crop be widely used across all marcas?
