If you can get up in the morning and jump right into your day...Andale!

If you feel tired, lethargic, sluggish, worn down, worn out, beat up or ready to go back to bed, just tone it down a little, take it back a notch, eat some protein and go for a walk jog or do anything invigorating. Take a day off from cigars or a month depending on how hard you have been hitting it. Then get back in there and light up. They are not going to smoke themselves!

I'm going good too.

It's 3am - I went to bed too early, slept for 4 hours and now I'm wide awake -  & I'm quite happy catching up on Scout admin, checking out FoH and will have a cigar (which one is undecided yet) before sunrise. Then, once it's light, I'll get out on my bike for an hour before the rest of this part of the world wakes up.

Don't blame the cigars, they're not part of the problem!

When I started everyone kept saying how it was a slippery slope. 7 coolers full and 30 boxes in my OLH. I think everyone was way off base. Its not a slippery slope it a straight down plummet.

This place is everything the genius mind behind it all intended it to be...and more, I’m pretty sure. I’m all in for the long run, good or bad. You only live once.
