Hey guys, well I'm about a year into my official switch to CCs and I've been thoroughly trying all of the different marcas. Montecristo and Hoyo have definitely taken top honors for me.

The Epicure No 2 is definitely my favorite so far. Especially the flavors of cream and sweet coffee with milk. I was curious what you all would recommend that is similar. I haven't tried other Hoyo vitolas so perhaps that's the next stop?

All recommendations are appreciated!

Had an Epicure Especial tonight, I find them fairly similar to E2's, just a little bit bigger.  Maybe get a 10 of those.  Hoyos are one of my favorites, I agree with the previous post, I find their flavor profile fairly unique.

Get a box of the Epi Especial you will not regret it. I've smoked a few ROTT and I wish I bought two or 3 more boxes.

I just ordered a box of EPI 2 blind but after reading Robs review naming them as the latest crack hoare I'm a bit worried!

I would echo the calls for the epi especial the 10 count SLBs are cool and great for band/singles storage after you smoked through the epis. I have also had some spectacular Hoyo Petite Robustos, that are similar to the Epi line, but they are just a terrible value.

If you are enjoying the #2 you will probably enjoy the #1 and the Especial. Although from my experience I found that the #2 was the best of the series with the Especial the weakest.

The le hoyo line (What's left of it) is a separate series within HdM which is traditionally a bit beefier; more woody and bit more of a bite when young but it's probably well worth an explore if you do enjoy what the #2 has to offer

H Upmann Connie #1 has some cream and leather notes.

I find the Epic 1 to be a totally different smoke than the 2.  Way more floral/herbal and woody to me, but a really great smoke!
