How is the plain packaging affection the stock that is internationaly sold?

It doesn't.  The boxes purchased from the prez come as they would out of cuba.  They don't even have the warning stickers many of the other vendors in europe use.  

Edit: this is at least true for packages sent to north america.

Australian plain packaging laws only apply to items sold within Australia. So we get the privileged of paying 3 times as much for cigars and a wonderful diseased lung image with our cigars.
