Popular Post Ferrero Posted October 6, 2016 Popular Post Posted October 6, 2016 It's been a while but they're back! 7
mrastigue Posted October 6, 2016 Posted October 6, 2016 Have smoked 4 of these from 4 different boxes. Agree 100%. Tailed off last 2/3. Seems aging could help some; at least I hope so as have 10'sticks left.
treberty Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 Good review, thanks! Question for Ken: are you planning to take the table and chair back to the store at some point or is it just normal for Australians to leave the stickers/tags on outdoor furniture :-) Also; would it be possible to do a close up on the bottles you open? Cheers! 1

Cheers! Probably the same equivalent as us Americans leaving the plastic on the couches but who knows
Bartolomeo Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 Good review, smoked 2 Festival releases that I thought the world of, have a couple regular production that I need to smoke to compare thanks as always for the vids!
miurajus Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 Here's a tip... LOL (won't spoil it) You guys work so well on camera. It's a must watch whenever a new review comes out. Great job! Edit: Juggling intros should be mandatory.
LandCruiser Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 Awesome guys.... lack of new reviews has been killing me, glad to see yall getting into it again...
braveheart655 Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 I was actually thinking about getting a box for myself via a friend of mine heading to Cuba soon. Given the hefty price tag and the video review, I might have to reconsider. Edit: As always, great review guys! Btw I have a feeling that we've yet to see the full extent of Ken's juggling abilities
MrGlass Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 I can teach you how to actually juggle if you want.
PapaDisco Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 I know why those cigars faded on you . . . they were suffering from the dreaded "juggling shock." Yep, that's a thing. Uh huh.
Duffer Posted October 11, 2016 Posted October 11, 2016 Damn, I have two boxes currently in hibernation and this review dampened my spirits a bit. I guess there is hope that they can get better with a few years. I do seriously enjoy these reviews though. Thanks 1
Ken Gargett Posted October 11, 2016 Posted October 11, 2016 rob, glad to see you stuck to the "there will be no review longer than 10 minutes" edict. as for the furniture, they were actually presents so not price tags. i'll get around to it. rob, did you see one of our members has requested juggling intros. that means he wants less of you. close ups of wine? we used to do that. blame the director. rob? over to you. and that "juice" was based on a drink i had at 'Tickets' in Barcelona which was basically a mix of peach juice and black tea. sensational. but apparently not if you have tarmac for tastebuds. 4
Sunsmoke Posted October 11, 2016 Posted October 11, 2016 Great review, love the outtake. Agreed with your view of the monte 80th. Was abit disappointed after the wait and expectation!
TheMonk Posted October 11, 2016 Posted October 11, 2016 Very nicely done! Still looking forward to trying this one.
MahDooRow Posted October 12, 2016 Posted October 12, 2016 Excellent review as always. The candor and unbiased honesty is greatly appreciated. While I love the Montecristo flavor profile, the 80th Anniversary is not on my wish list. My credit card thanks you.
CigSid Posted October 19, 2016 Posted October 19, 2016 Great review! Still laughing from the out takes
dmeads1206 Posted October 19, 2016 Posted October 19, 2016 Great review gents! As a Monte 2 fan, I am looking forward to getting a few boxes of these 80th...... if they are available ever. Wondering..... for those that have had both...... H.U. Magnum 56 LE or Monte 80th?
Orion21 Posted October 20, 2016 Posted October 20, 2016 Don't worry guys there should be 30,000 boxes of these beauts floating around somewhere . . . Hard pass.
MaxG Posted October 21, 2016 Posted October 21, 2016 What are those bottles with the green and red caps behind Robert? - MG
Ken Gargett Posted October 21, 2016 Posted October 21, 2016 19 minutes ago, MaxG said: What are those bottles with the green and red caps behind Robert? - MG old juice containers. the tap on the balcony is highly dodgy and the roof pours off in rain into that esky behind him. so i keep the water to look after the plants. 1

Ummmm.... neither??? Many cigars out there that are more widely available I would be gunning for (individual tastes differ) 1
