spivey6690 Posted September 7, 2016 Posted September 7, 2016 Friend of mine got some random singles from someone who "went to Cuba." This Petit No. 2 looks legit with the exception of the foot not exactly being straight cut. Thoughts?
shlomo Posted September 7, 2016 Posted September 7, 2016 an off straight cut at the foot is about the smallest red flag possible. If everything else looks good, then its probably legit.
archosaur Posted September 7, 2016 Posted September 7, 2016 Nothing here screams fake to me. Obviously there is a non-Cuban in the bag. The RyJ band appears to be upside down, but the band itself looks correct.
Saxman Posted September 7, 2016 Posted September 7, 2016 They look good from the pictures from what I can tell. I'm no expert though. Saxman
MahDooRow Posted September 7, 2016 Posted September 7, 2016 The bands look right, the wrappers look right, and so does the filler. I think you're good.

Smoke6 Posted September 8, 2016 Posted September 8, 2016 Quote Why would anyone make fake petit No 2's The scammers have moved on to other vitolas, hoping to stay ahead of the unknowing that will shell out beaucoup dollars for a 'Cuban.'
Onelove Posted September 11, 2016 Posted September 11, 2016 If it tastes any good you'll know it isn't a real petite #2! 1
